We picked up a cool sample – this is a flexible OLED display, 6″ diagonal. It’s 1280p so looks great and is somewhat flexible. Could make for a nifty wearable board. It comes with an HDMI to MIPI converter which is also interesting.

You know what this would be great for? Fake CRT screen. You could curve it around and put the glass in front of it and it’d look like it’s supposed to.
You may also make the driver board on one of those browny flex pcb

@Adafruit Industries I see that you have it connected to the PC right? Is it possible to make a wireless connection? Or connect the screen to some kind of bluetooth/wi-fi receiver and stream video there from PC?

When everything becomes flexible, it means more durable…Meanwhile, we need more quality ones better than this, and touch screen support, and amoled, if it’s inexpensive, just perfect then, and it means every thing becomes thinner. Mmm
